These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the True Database website and your purchase of any GST database product ("Product") from us. By purchasing a Product or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

Our Products are digital database files (XLSX/CSV) containing publicly aggregated GST-registered business information — company name, address, city, state, email address, phone numbers, owner/contact name, and GST number — organized as Pan-India, state-wise, or city-wise packages as described on each product page.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Product for your own legitimate B2B sales, marketing, and research purposes. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw database to third parties
• Represent the data as your own proprietary research
• Use the data for any unlawful purpose, including harassment or fraud
• Use the contact details in a manner that violates TRAI, DND (Do Not Disturb), or other applicable telecom/marketing regulations

3. Payment

Payments are collected directly via UPI to our business UPI ID — we do not use a third-party payment gateway. After paying, you must submit your UPI transaction reference (UTR) for manual verification. Access to your Product is granted only after payment is verified.

4. Data accuracy

We source and refresh our database from GST registration records and take reasonable steps to keep it current and accurate. However, business contact details (phone numbers, emails) can change at any time and we cannot guarantee 100% deliverability or connectivity for every record. See our Refund Policy for what happens if data quality falls significantly short of what's advertised.

5. Intellectual property

The compilation, structuring, and presentation of the database, along with this website's design and content, are the property of True Database. Purchasing a Product grants you a license to use the data as described in Section 2 — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying compilation.

6. No liability for outreach outcomes

We provide business contact data only. We are not responsible for the outcome of any marketing, sales, or outreach campaign you run using the Product, nor for any regulatory consequences arising from how you choose to use the contact information (e.g. failure to honor DND/opt-out requests).

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or purchase of a Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where True Database is registered.
